CHI WING LO: VISION OF A CIVILIZATION

A multidisciplinary artist, designer and academic highly accomplished in the fields of architecture, sculpture, interior and furniture design, Chi Wing Lo's (b.1954) prolific output has long been recognised internationally for its evocative and quiet thoughtfulness, graceful forms and meticulous detail. Raised in Hong Kong and a graduate of Harvard University’s architecture school, Chi Wing Lo has worked around the world, including Milan, Athens, London, Istanbul, Yalta, Dubai, Shanghai, Beijing and Shanghai. Lo advocates for revitalising traditional materials and techniques to give them a meaningful and evocative artistic direction, prizing timelessness and permanence in his work above all else.
